Summer Fitness & Health

I mentioned in my summer goals post that this summer I really need to make some changes, especially in the health and fitness department. I need to eat better, exercise, get up, and be more active. I also need to pick up some other, but just as important, healthy habits. Because lets be honest, all these Netflix binge-watching sessions that are going to happen  aren’t burning any calories (maybe because heart rate can get pretty high at times during those jumpy action scenes, that counts right??).
